Sale4less Furniture & Mattress LLC Return Policy
Please be aware that order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any cancellation made after the 24 hours can be denied or charged a 20% restocking fee. For order cancellations please email, sale4lessfurniturehelp@gmail.com
Returnable Product
- Items are eligible for a refund within 5 days of packaged delivery.
- All items are inspected prior to being shipped. Items must be sent back unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
- The customer(s) is responsible for all return shipping costs if the item(s) does not meet their needs and/or likes. An example of this would be if the item was ordered incorrectly, the quality/color is not to the customer’s liking, it did not fit a specific need, etc.
- if the item(s) arrive damaged or in defective conditions, Sale4less will cover the expenses of replacement shipping. Sale4less reserves the right to issue a replacement for any damaged item(s) before issuing a refund.
- If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, please contact customer service as soon as item is received at sale4lessfurniturehelp@gmail.com. Please be aware that we will ask for photos to determine the best course of action. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. Any claims made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted. Sale4less Furniture & Mattress reserves the right to decline or exchange item(s) if they are not in as-new conditions due to misuse or damage by the customer. Sale4less Furniture & Mattress LLC also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 5-day period.

INFORMATION ON CLEARANCE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on any clearance items. All sales are final on clearance items.

DELIVERY ISSUES
- Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your package shows delivered, but you have not received the package please contact UPS at 973-500-4571 and file a claim through UPS. For personal reasons, Sale4less Furniture & Mattresses LLC cannot file a claim on behalf of the customer. UPS will allow you to file a claim.
- If you live in an area that is high risk of package theft, please contact us prior to placing your order to request a “signature required” delivery.
DELIVERY ARRIVAL DATES
- Sale4less Furniture & Mattress LLC will do its best to make sure ordered item(s) arrive within the quoted delivery time frame. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance, however we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery.
PRODUCT INFORMATION: COLOR & FINISH
Due to the originality and organic material used in some products, the finish, color and dye lot may vary on each item. Due to the nature of how products are made, the originality of each item varies from piece to piece. Furthermore, exposure to temperature and light changes can have an affect to the condition of the product(s) over their time.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
- If you would like to make a return, please submit a claim with Sale4less Furniture & Mattress LLC customer service at sale4lessfurniturehelp@gmail.com to confirm return eligibility before sending item(s) back.
- If you would like to make a return please include the following in the email: order number, reason for return, product description. Please note, if additional information is required the customer service team reserves the right to request additional information.
- Please be aware that a restocking fee of 20% of the order total will be applied on all returns.
- Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Include the original packaging slip with the indicated information above.
- Eligible returns will receive a refund.

REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed once the item has been received in our office and has been inspected. If eligible, credits will be issued for the purchase price. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to process.

CREDITS TO YOUR CHARGED CARD
PayPal and Credit Card refunds will only be credited to the credit card or PayPal account used on the original purchase. It will take up to 14 days from the day Sale4less Furniture & Mattress LLC has received your return for your account to be credited.
